For all agreements, offers, transactions and deliveries, the following general terms and conditions apply. By placing an order you are accepting these general terms and conditions.

Offers are not binding. All prices and descriptions are correct at the time of publication.
Prices include  value added tax applicable at the time of placing the order.

We reserve the right to amend our prices if costs increase or decrease after the conclusion of the contract, in particular due to statutory, regulatory or other reasons, such as export or import duties, tolls, payments of a surplus, taxes, costs of carriage and storage, insurance rates, etc.

Any changes are always confirmed with you before your order is despatched. 

For payment we accept only advance payment by bank transfer or credit card payments. You are entitled to return the goods within two weeks according to the conditions under � 6 Returns Policy.

Delivery of the goods is initiated within 48 hours after receipt of order and payment. If we are unable to deliver the Goods we will return all advance payments made by you.

All goods are sold with the manufacturers warranty of 24 months. Defective goods will be credited or replaced according to the warranty policy of the manufacturer. myNETworld Ltd does not offer additional warranties.

In the event that you receive defective goods you must inform us immediately after the receipt of goods.

We apply a strict Privacy Policy in accordance with the German Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG) (Federal Privacy Protection Law) and Teledienstdatenschutzgesetz (TDSG) (Remote Service Privacy Protection Law).

We will use all information provided by you exclusively for internal purposes and will not pass it on to third parties.

In the event that any terms, conditions or provisions contained in these General Terms and Conditions are or have been found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable or that they are subject to errors or omissions, this shall not effect the remaining terms, conditions or provisions.

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our published prices, technical descriptions, pictures, invoices, offers of acceptance or other document or information issued by us. However, if such errors or omission occurs they shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part.
